Sponges can be divided into high-rebound sponges and slow-rebound sponges, both of which have high density and low density, of course, the degree of hardness and softness is also different. It is a porous material with good water absorption and can be used for cleaning articles. Sponges commonly used are made of lignocellulose fibers or foamed plastic polymers. The high resilience sponges are produced by polyurethane (PU) high, medium and low density high resilient foam compounding. The main component is polyurethane, the diameter of the springback sponge is mixed and distributed, the frame thickness is different, and there is a large opening rate. When pressed, it will produce different supporting forces under different deformation conditions. Elasticity is called high resilience sponge.

The high resilience cold-cured polyurethane foam formed by cold-moulding process has excellent mechanical properties (high resilience, low hysteresis loss); high compression load ratio, so it has a significant comfortable sitting; similar to the feel of latex surface; good air permeability and flame retardancy. The commonly used sponges are divided into three types according to their structure: high density sponge, medium density sponge and low density sponge. A high density sponge is a sponge weighing more than 45 kilograms per cubic meter.
